Cushion was as described. Packaging was great. Delivery was really fast. Best of all... shipping was free. Shipment information was sent to track the package. I plan to use Med Mart for future needs.

Flexible for any budget
Although they did not accept my insurance company which is not a big deal as I can be reimbursed, they have BREADPAY in which I can easily pay off my $2700 purchase in 18 months with ZERO interest which is AWESOME!!! I will recommend them to everyone in need of medical equipment I come across!!! September 19. Update: I am loving my new M45 portable electric wheelchair and OMG it is comfortable to sit in, zippy, nice breaks, nice turning radius, very long charge, I get lots of compliments on it. It's very light at only 59 pounds and easily folds in half to fit in the trunk. This chair is a life saver!!! I highly recommend the M45 especially if your a little heavy, I'm 370 pounds and losing and this thing on level 5-6 takes off like a rocket, I use it on level 2 and still climbs ramps no problem!

Tom, med mart repair tec, serviced my Merits P312 power wheelchair today. He replaced both 12v batteries and checked over the unit. He did a good job, was friendly, and knowledgeable.
