Kristan was outstanding. She knew each of the products very well which made the ordering process go quickly and smoothly. She also anticipated the questions that would come up and began to address them off-line ahead of time! She is very savvy and knows how to get the job done!

My agents name is Sean Lorenz, I can’t express how helpful and informative Sean was, he went above and beyond fantastic customer service, it took two telephone calls and a couple of e-mails for us to find the right entrance ramp that would accommodate my needs. Thank you Sean for ALL your help.

I reviewed and ordered the Pheonix through the website. It was easy snd fast and had no trouble with delivery. It was easy to put together and looks wonderful. Tomorrow the recipient will try it out. The wider seat is worth the extra money. Ordered on 8/31 and received it on 9/6. Thank you!!!
