Before I closed out from your website placing my order, I noticed I had typed my zip code incorrectly. I called your support number, 877-944-9321. The first time it hung up on me. The second time Sonja answered & corrected the zip code & sent a confirmation email. She also said she would check to see why my $13.58 Amazon points were not reflected on the Grand Total.
