I placed an order and the item I ordered said would ship by the 27th. I realize it isn’t the 27th yet but when I placed the order it said someone would call me to explain information about it. My credit card was charged and no one has called. I contacted your Customer service to find out if it will ship. He said he had to email the manufacturer. I assumed which was my fault that you stocked the items you sell. Hopefully someone will let me know something by Monday.

Called the return dept and never got an answer after 4 days. When to another dept. and the said they would send a return document. Still have not received

Trying to get a call back about order status since I was not given a shipping date when I placed the order. Need item as soon as possible, if out of stock I will move on to another seller. Finally received shipping notice.

Med Mart online has a wide selection of equipment for disabled people. They do have that going for them. Their prices are not great. You can often find what you are looking for at lower prices elsewhere. But the reason I gave them two stars is their lousy customer service. We bought the rather expensive (over $2000) indeelift human floor lift from them and they shipped it to us by FedEx and it arrived about a week later. It works okay, but after lowering it as far as it will go, there is a one inch gap between the metal seat the fallen person is supposed to scoot up onto and the floor. That seems like a flaw. So, I emailed their customer service help desk about it and they asked for the order number, etc., and I gave that information to them, and then I asked the question about the one inch gap again to find out if this was a design flaw or if there was something wrong with the very expensive floor lift, and they never responded to me again. Days passed. I emailed them again. Still no response. They got their money and now they essentially don't give a [bleep] about us a customer with a question. We were going to buy more things from them, but after this experience with them and their very unfriendly attitude towards us, we will be taking our business elsewhere. They are not the only company selling these items. If we had it to do over again, we would've just bought a simple and much cheaper manual hydraulic lift with a sling and not the indeelift. And we certainly would not have purchased it from Med Mart if we knew how they were going to treat us. Lesson learned the hard way.

I asked if there was a discount, waited quite a while, no response. Still purchased.
