It was a pleasure to speak with an American. She answered all of my questions and I did not have to ask her to repeat what she said over and over. She was very helpful and knew the product very well. We were able to complete the sale.

Great customer service.

Called to get some info today, and Lynn was terrific. Put our mind at ease that it made much more sense to order product from them and not Amazon. Plus we got a free item AND a discount. She explained about the tech support and parts warranty. If the rest of the process is as smooth, we will be VERY happy customers. Thank you!

The bed came fast and exactly how it was described. Instructions were a little difficult to understand but we looked at a YouTube video and put it together easily. Thanks. Great experience.
