The help I received at first was frustrating as I had to keep trying to connect with the person and could not, but a different person helped me perfectly. A 1 for the 1st person and a 5 for the 2nd person so I gave a 3.

Takes too long to get product

Prices kept changing. Delivery promised for 09/27/22. This is the same date the quote is no longer valid. I was promised tracking numbers and they did not arrive.

The delivery of my scooter was fast, but there were no directions included. We finally downloaded some,- but still have not figured out how to install the rear view mirrors. I am in the market for a good hospital bed, but will never buy by mail again. I want to see how everything is assembled, and how it works before spending a lot of money on it.

I titled my review "Mixed Message" because I received an email saying that the chair was I ordered was"delivered" a couple of days ago and in fact it was not delivered. I telephoned the company and talked to someone about that and he said that the chair should be delivered on Sept. 7, as originally stated in an earlier email. He said he would investigate the mixed message and get back to me. He never called back. At this moment I expect the actual delivery on Sept.7, but who knows for sure? I don't.
