I ordered three items all three items have been shipped separately no notice of them being shipped separately I've had to call everyday to find out what is going on with no call back I tried live chat twice and waited for over 20 both times. finally I spoke to somebody which was a foreigner. He was not nice, said he would call me back once he figured it out but he never did. finally this morning my emails was updated showing 1 of my items delivery date but not the other two and I ordered it on the 1st and today is 7th.

It's impossible to track delivery and when I call no one is there and the do not return calls. I just want to know where it is.

How many times do you want me to email your helpdesk? The only good answer I got from them was a lie. When you’re in the process spending money with Mid Mart, Tell you that you are able to check the progress of your order at anytime by simply logging on to their website. Well that just isn’t true. You can’t tell me anything about where the product near making for you is my going to their website. I finally called someone at the number they list it was a shirred that I would have a status of the lift chair they’re making for me soon. Well lo and behold a few days later my email inquiring about my chair returned positive results. Early in March they told me that my chair would be completed by 15 March and on the way soon after that. I waited till 19 March for them to tell me that it had shipped but got no word so I attempted to contact them again this time I was told that the projected date of 15 March is no longer the truth. Now it was going to be 22 April. For this reason I got pretty upset but it came to find out that there was nothing on repeat nothing I could do about it. I found out that all I can do is tell him what I expect them and then wait for them to do whatever they’re going to do. Believe me, had I known of their lack of customer service earlier, I would’ve spent my over $4000 in another place. I guess now all I can do is sit around and wait and see When my chair does come.

I bought on line because I was told it would be cheaper. To save $200 I went on line to purchase. Shipped by RL Carriers with a NO SIGNATURE DELIVERY. No signature because it was a drop and run. Dropped on a pallet in a box right at my SIDE garage door that I cannot see. If not for our son in law we would NOT have known it was there. WE, my son in law and myself had to push it into the garage off the pallet. Open the box and figure out how to get inside our home. Part he could pick up, the heavy bottom had to be rolled up steps on carboard and slid across the floor on the packing material in order to prevent any damage. MY husband couldn't help as he had a prosthetic leg and uses a walker. The chair is for him. Do you think it was important to be told what NOT to expect, such as help? Do you think it would have been helpful to offer set up on the phone when talking to MEDMART?? Trust this, I will never order from MEDMART again. I'm angry that I wasn't given more information by the woman I talked to.

The product is what I wanted, but you only tell us when it ships and you don’t give an estimated date of arrival for the product. These products are important to help people and many times they are urgent purchases. Say, a discharge from a hospital. Not knowing when the product may or may not arrive is a huge disadvantage and I won’t use this website again unless they are able to give me an estimate of the delivery date. The technology exists, they just chose to put money into a bunch of pop up ads instead of helpful information.**4 Days later, no product**no update on when I should receive the product**This is ridiculous.**3/15**Edit**the timeline you described is when I received the product. My initial and only issue has been that I received no email notification. I have the product now and it’s as advertised.**

tried 2 x to do live chat but no one came online i also called x 2 to find out when my items will be arriving to this date i never got any results and still do not know when i will getting my purchase very disappointing

She was not knowledgeable about the product and it felt like she really didn't care if she made a sale one way or the other. Borderline sarcasm. I have made other purchases from this company before. there was a guy who was very helpful and I really enjoyed. I think I spoke with this girl before and she had the same type attitude. These items are very expensive. I have had better customer service buying a hot dog. She must be the owner's kid or something because she doesn't worry about her job

I purchased a $2600 lift chair for my dad for Christmas. Unfortunately the delivery date changed twice, which ultimately meant I was forced to cancel the order before it shipped. It took me three calls to get the order canceled and if ultimately required the original salesperson to call me first. Lynn was polite and understood and canceled my order, however, the $2600 charge is still on my credit card!
