Very happy with Caleb who helped us place the order. Only took 2 days to receive the scooter. My only complaint is that the extra battery that we purchased was shipped separately and we still have not received it.

Would have preferred that the Sling we ordered arrived with the lift, lift not usable without sling, and did not receive the free transfer u-sling either.

All aspects of the transaction were fine, except the delivery. The delivery truck was apparently unable to surmount the steep driveway, the driver improvised and the resulting condition of the packages delivered was not perfect. However, the damage was slight, and acceptable.

Getting the Hospital Bed for my Father, I just hope the Delivery and setup process goes well and on time.

my purchase experience fine. however i would have liked a longer period than 7 days to return item. never took it out of box and decided against using.
