Hello, There is no order or customer information that is useful for us to review this order. This does not sound like anything we would ignore and not correct it if it were wrong. We will always correct an error of a wrong product sent to a customer of ours.

Hello Francine, We show your item delivered on 6/4. That did take longer than we expect for orders to process and ship. Possible that the Memorial day Holiday caused part of that delay but still we agree with you. This should have gotten to you faster! Hello Isaiah, I show this item has a 10 business day lead time and your order date was May 23rd. Notes show your order is expected to ship out today so we should have tracking by Monday next week. The Memorial day holiday was a few days after your order was placed and we do unfortunately see some delays around federal holidays. We will be providing tracking by email once we have it. However, your order has delivery and setup, and the shipment will be going to your assigned technician. Once they receive your order they will call you to schedule a delivery and setup appointment with you. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns along the way.
