We recently purchased a HCFE36 full Electric Home Care Bed from Bed Mart via Amazon. As a result of my misreading the manual I ran into a small snag mounting the actuator unit. The response from your support people was fast, accurate and on target. The assembly of the bed was completed easily and resulted in a fully operational bed that is indeed whisper quiet
