Will not spend my money here again !
After spending thousands of dollars on a lift, the battery was shot a year later. I called to place a new order and was promised I would get a call back from the manager the same day, this happened at least five times. Because of the lack of customer service, I unfortunately, will not do business with them again.

Hello, The lift you purchased has a manufacturers warranty that is descriptively outlined in your owners manual and determined by them. Standard industry practice on battery warranties are usually 3-6 months. I see the repair team took care of your order of a new battery and put an escalation into DRIVE for your complaint about their warranty.
