I was not informed that the item (recliner wheelchair) that I purchased for $2,200 would not be available for over 3 and a 1/2 months until after I hit the submit button. I bought it for my nephew who has cerebral palsy and he needs it now. My first installment was already cashed. Not fair.

We unfortunately have no control over these changes. As much as I would hate to refer you to our competition, I understand how important it is to find the product you need and especially the product you WANT. Some other retailers may still be selling this item and you can do a quick search to find another reputable seller online. The supplier that we previously obtained these products from no longer stocks them so we had no option but to discontinue the item on our site. I believe it could be an impact of the new tariff issues. Several of our previously listed items have been affected. We do of course, have many other similar options if you want help choosing something different. Either way, I sincerely hope you find the item you want!! Worst service attitude ever. $5500 bed sent weeks later than told, then missing essential parts, then sent wrong parts TWICE. Emails and phone calls ignored. Zero effort to offer any accommodation for delayed surgery or injury. After 3 months they took away bed rails sent with the bed. They could simply have walked away and left them but refused. No apology or caring found here.

The pride wheelchair was terrific. In short, It was too large for our house. It did not fit through the doorways. I caution anybody wanting to purchase something from this company keep scrolling past the “buy now” click. They have ambiguously hidden return policy. I spoke to the manager, Julie who sidelined my concerns and advised me I need to purchase the shipping box along with a 25% restocking fee and pay for the disassemble and shipping. She wanted to replace the seat with a smaller one, the seat is not hitting the doorways. She was condescending and patronizing, speaking to me like I was child. She suggested she was trying save me 2K to return this 5K purchase. I told her I would get disassembled myself and sent to the manufacture which would make the cost (including the junk restocking fee) $1300.00. Instead, I get a call from the disassembler company. She’s hired a local company to come and disassemble the chair and she will charge $700. This borders, the gray line of exploitation. There needs to be a government intervention here. This is a disabled elderly man on a fixed income i and they are boastfully suffocating him. I will file a complaint with attorney General as soon as it is over. The first company on the Google search is not necessarily the best.

Hello, The seat is included with the armrests (which is your issue) and that would have circumvented your problem to avoid the return fees. That was the reason why management got involved to help with a solution to avoid the need to return because we know how high the fees are. The charges were outlined to you in writing and the charge was not $700, it wasn't even half of that. Our policy for returns is competitive with any other company online selling medical equipment because the manufacturer has fees for returns. You had a solution offered to not have to return it at all yet that was the decision that was made so we're assisting with the return now. We tried to help you avoid this and you declined. Thank you.

They wouldn’t take back items that I ordered and I’m stuck with an $800.00 tab so I wouldn’t ever buy anything from Med Mart again. The parts are the wrong parts and they will not authorize me a return on these parts.
