The salesman we talked with was good,explained the sale and delivery very well, his name was Daryl. My issue is with the scooter itself. Heavy , bulky, hard to turn and maneuver in stores. Wheels are big and get stuck when turning..my previous scooter the gogo elite was much better to move about. Would not recommend this scooter to anyone.
