The purchase and pricing was a great experience. The dissatisfaction came with the unit being too fast. I would have to get a tech to reprogram the unit with a device. At a tune of $250 after buying a brand new unit. This should be a user adjustment. If anything it should be stock in the slower mode.

On Feb. 20, 2026, we ordered a hospital bed to be delivered and set up in our home. We live in a rural area of Mississippi. The ordering process, the salesperson, the actual delivery and set up were great. The bed is exactly what we ordered. What wasn't so great was that the bed did not arrive until April 2nd. We had to reach out several times to MedMart to try to find out what was going on. First, we were told they couldn't find a technician near us (not surprising) that could do the delivery and set up for which we had paid. They finally found one near Memphis, TN which is almost 200 miles away who would come down to us. Another couple of weeks went by while we waited for the bed to ship from the manufacturer to the technician. Once it was finally on its way, we were kept pretty well informed of its progress. We're praying it holds up well, and we don't have to get it serviced or replaced!
