Darrell went above and beyond to answer all my questions, sent video to see equipment in action and help evaluate the right lift with right sling needed. Also never rushed our long waited decision to purchase, stay in touch through email. Darrell was so kind and helpful on phone while processing our purchase with great detail to check measurements on bed height, chair width for lift legs to fit and help pick size for sling. Waiting now for lift to be shipped to our state with no added fee. Thank you

Needed battery replacement for an electronic wheelchair for my husband who was in dire need. There ended up being a mix-up in the batteries that the supplier provided. Technician (Tom) and Med Mart staff worked on rectifying the situation and were able to provide and install batteries on the same day. We truly appreciated the follow through which resulted in a quick resolution of our service need. Thanks Med Mart!!!
