Using the website was not easy. And confusing. I finally chose the products I wanted to buy and used my Amazon card. It took over 15 to complete the purchase!! I double and triple checked that i had provided all the correct information along with checking box about returns etc. But it still wouldn’t go through. I finally called for help and while explaining my situation the sale finally completed!! Your website makes it very difficult to use. I’m sure you are losing sales because there are many other companies that have very similar products.

I could not get the code to work that was emailed to me. So I attempted to speak with the online chat help, however no one responded even though it said that I was first in que. Additionally I tried numerous times to buy the additional one year warranty however it just wouldnt appear in my cart at checkout. I did get a functioning code by calling customer service, which was helpful, but my online experience was less than stellar

Easy to navigate website and they offer financing options which is good.

I placed an order for a tub lift, and I called customer service and asked them to help me compare the two I made a decision and ordered one. The next day I found more information on a video elsewhere that I would have chosen the other one, so because I ordered the first one and couldn’t return it even though it was unopened I had a place another order for the second one and it was a $450 mistake which could’ve been avoided if there was a little bit more information about them on your page. I am happy with the second one. I don’t know what I’m going to do with the first one because that wasn’t the best choice for my 94 year old father. Moving forward, you should say somewhere to make sure you check out other videos to make sure you’re making the right decision before you place an order. And also the second bath lift, which was the pillow ones on your page it doesn’t say anything about life preserver grade material which was the game changer why I chose that one by the looks of them. They don’t look very sturdy, but I use them and they are wonderful and safe for my dad.

Well... We received the sling yesterday, but, we really needed the Hoyer lift to come first. Can't use the sling without it.
