The price was great, I’m not understanding California’s need to stick it to the elderly in need with some extra tax and I wasn’t able to get my 10% promo, WELCOME to work.

My husband is in the late stages of ALS. Last night the hoyer lift quit working while I had him in it. I barely got him back in bed. This morning I called Med Mart and talked to Sean L. I told him I needed a hoyer lift as soon as possible. He said we have one in a warehouse close to you. I was able to pick it up today. So happy! Thank you Sean.
Response from Med MartFeb 19, 2025
We understand how stressful it must have been to experience a malfunctioning hoyer lift, especially during such a difficult time. We are relieved to hear that you were able to get a replacement lift quickly and appreciate your kind words about Sean's assistance.
