Be prepared - the shipping co may drop off a scooter banded to a pallet on the lawn! The funny thing is they ended up shipping 2 scooters by accident.

The purchase went smoothly and delivery time was sooner than expected. There is an issue now with the foot rest not working properly and a technician needs to be deployed to diagnose - it seems to be taking more time than I had expected to get this agreed someone needs to come and fix the issue and actually get a technician to do this. I do understand VT is not close to Ohio…..I guess I would like to one informed of the progress or lack of progress in getting tech deployed. More communication would be nice. Everyone I have talked to from purchase date to present have been courteous and helpful - its the process of communication that needs a little more attention and repair process is slow.

The wheelchair does not seem to have any instructions in the box

The back didn't support me enough and didn't have enough levels to choose from so need to return.

The chair itself is nice but I was shocked when the delivery company told me they could not even bring the box in the house. I bought this chair for my 80 year old parents who are supposed to bring a 142lb chair up a porch and in the house? No where on the website did it say delivery only, meaning take off truck and leave it for you to move.

I have ordered two perfect sleep chairs, a Hoyer lift and a wheelchair from this company. AIl have had white glove service and I have spent well over $8500 to date with MedMart. I recently ordered an UpBed and they called back after over a week to tell me that if I found a company to put it together they would call them because they NOW have no one in my whole geographic area to help. In other words, if I do all the looking and calling and searching - they would charge me to have that company I found, put it together. They offered White glove, I PAID FOR WHITE GLOVE, then called and said it could be shipped, but is was up to me (in a wheelchair) to build this bed or find someone myself. BAD customer service and false advertising. I will need and will buy other needed products from somewhere else.
