MedMart had timely notice of a cancellation by a hospice elderly woman, aged 86. They refused to timely act upon that cancellation and now expect o receive return “fees.” This is a terrible scam played upon the elderly and sick.

This is a false accusation. Facts are below. This order was placed on Thursday the 7th of August at 130am. The product you ordered is known for and advertised as "quick-ship" and ships within 2 business days. We sent an email on the 2nd business day, Monday the 11th at 1030 AM that you're order was loaded and due to ship that day, the 11th as this is the info we received from the shipping warehouse. The next day on the 12th at 230PM, we received a call to cancel the order. My CS team advised it is more than likely too late and already shipped which you can refuse the shipment and whatever the fees charged, would be fees held from the refund however they did advise they would try to stop it and get it turned around. They were able to get the order officially cancelled with much effort on your behalf and you were refunded in full hours prior to this review. That refund issued was emailed on the order at 354PM.
