Great description…….ease of navigation

The layout of your website is great. It really helped find the wheelchair I needed, and helped me pick out the one I could afford. So far, it's been 6days, and the tracker is still staying "Processing". I'm concerned about the speed of getting my wheelchair. That is the only drawback so far.

Beware! Med Mart tells customers that they do not file Medicare claims, but that customer can file claim with Medicare. What they don’t tell you is that they do not have a Medicare supplier number. Medicare will not approve claim without supplier number. Have been pleased with product purchased. Better than product approved by Medicare. But plan to pay full cost out of pocket.

Have a pride pursuit two. Not sure what size cover I needed so got the large one. It seems to big. Looks like good quality though.

I have not received my order yet. Will comment then.

The order process online was a little confusing at first but after calling , Louise straightened everything out and helped me complete my order. The only downside is the amount of wait time for the larger seat. I feel since it's a component & removable it shouldn't take that long to get. I got the delivery service so we'll see what happens!

I had little trouble ordering my replacement battery

Support was very helpful from the website and shipping was great to work with, delivering my chair less than 3 days after I placed the order. The chair was perfect for the trip that we took to Mackinac Island. It was also easy to assemble and disassemble. The only down side was the weight of each piece was a little too heavy for me to handle on my own. With two people, it was easy to lift into place and we were able to get 3 carry-ons in the trunk along with the chair in a Toyota Camry.
