I tried to order over the internet and got tangled up with passwords. Then got a note that I was locked out . why ? I assumed that you did not want my business. I then decided to order over the phone, Long wait but did get order in. I have more stuff to buy please fix the damn internet link.

My experience during the purchase sales person process was very good, but the delivery was over one week as promised. MOST IMPORTANT to note is that this Company did Not send me the correct Air Mattress or Pump as displayed on the website. Plus, the button safety rails are loose. I am very Disappointed with the proces!

Estimated arrival date has passed and the seller has not even delivered product to UPS yet. Will order product from another supplier in future.

Have not received my order yet. Cost more for shipping and handling than the item cost. Would be good with that had I received the item on promise date of 2/10/23.I haven’t received any confirmation of item being shipped. No response saying item out of stock or anything.

We placed an order and our receive date was for 1/23/23. Now they changed it to 4/4/23. Not happy about that.
