Hi there, I was able to review your order and pull the call logs for it as well. You placed this order Friday morning the 28th approximately 3am and when you called it was Friday evening at almost 8pm. Our CS hours are 9-530EST Mon-Friday. We were closed for Labor Day yesterday 9/1 and are back in office today to help! Please give us a call during business hours for CS for any questions related to your order. Unfortunately we had no options in your area. In those cases we encourage customers to contact local moving companies who are usually very happy to have your business as well, or to see if you have any friends, or family that can assist with bringing your medical equipment in.
