Their Customer Service Team was above…
Their Customer Service Team was above all others. On 4/10/2025 they told me to email them when I made the purchase so they could delay teh shipping a week or so, and they emailed me. Many businesses could learn from this.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Med Mart called me, prior to shipping, to be sure my order of the Sara Stedy would meet our needs. This company cares about their customers. They compassionately and competently explained all of the Sara Stedy options to help us make a well informed purchase. Med Mart will be my first choice for all future, specialized medical equipment needs moving forward.

You made it so easy to replace my…
You made it so easy to replace my scooter that was stolen right before Christmas with my car. I am so ever grateful to be getting the scooter and the gentleman that helped me on the phone. I can't recall his name right now could not have been any nicer. He made it a wonderful experience. He gets a five star also
