The scooter was delivered to wrong address by ups. It took 2 hours to get the problem fixed. Ups has been a constant problem for me. I have 1 package too another address. And another of my orders to someone else who made the effort to drop it off to me. I you would consider using another delivery service. The scooter got here in good condition thanks. John

The only thing I could say is that alot of customers live in apartments or assisted living and can not lift or do not have anyone to do it for them. It would help if you used a more accessible delivery company that does door to door delivery.
