I have ordered and received 3 electric scooters from Med Mart—the first was Endurance GoGO li, and it did not work out of the box. Inferior and frustrating customer service to resolve. Finally, my handyman took out the enclosed batteries and got it working. ALSO MUCH BETTER PRICING ON AMAZON for the identical items!!!

The person that sold me my scooter absolutely LIED to me. I was very explicit that I needed delivery by 10-13-25. I was looking to buy the 20" seat and was told that that model would ship out of pennsylvania and not arrive on time. Then she told me that if I ordered the 18" seat it would ship out of Cincinnati and take 2-3 business days, and that would get it to me in plenty of time. Then when I got my initial notification from FedEx, it was not scheduled to arrive until 10-15, way later that expected.

Terrible company.. They provide necessary items but are not true to their shipping .. I ordered a ramp on a Monday and was told by sales person that it would ship that Wednesday. Here is is Saturday and the order is still processing. I have called 4 times, spoke to 4 different people and they all said they cant help me since it is with the manufacturer. I am unable to get into my house since the ramp did not arrive as promised. I have since contested the charge with the credit card company.. I place another order with a different company and it is already ready for pick up. I will have it by the end of today.. Shame on this company for giving misinformation probably just to get the sale. The products they are providing are not luxuries but necessities and they do not seem to care Stay clear of them!

We have had problems getting a wheelchair for my handicapped daughter, first they did not have the chair we ordered, then they sent a larger chair that we could not use without leg, head and trunk supports, etc. They were very slow in sending the chair and then it was several weeks before we were told that the parts were not available. The chair has not been used and is useless to us without the parts. We have not been reimbursed for the parts they did not send and we are having difficulty returning this unused wheelchair! I would not recommend trying to get a wheelchair here! I have had difficulty trying to talk with the head of customer service.

A member of our team has communicated with you and understand that you will get the unit packaged and we will pick it up via FedEx Ground call tag. We also spoke with an employee at Drive regarding this and they will not be charging any return fees and will get to the bottom of why the parts and accessorial items for this are not available and that the unit shipped incomplete.
