I purchae a 450 Wildcat electric wheelchair but footrest kept falling a part the young lady that I was working with from the company tried to make it right but the same thing kept happening so I have a chair and no foot pedals

I paid a great price for my scooter, but a couple of days later my credit union caught some attempts at unauthorized purchase in the northwest US. Cannot make a direct connection. Also, used Paypal for the purchase (for the last time). Had to get a new account number.

It appears that the shipping company used cannot deliver to my complex and actually wanted me to pick up the lift chair... I am still waiting for delivery and a call from Med Mart... they have been paid but I have no merchandise... not a cheap chair either.....

I bought a $400 air mattress for my father and when it came the first day I put it on the bed and when he is sat up in the hospital bed he looks like he is going to touch the frame. I have tried emailing med mart, I sent a refund request, I have called customer service, and even chatted with them on line. They will not reply to my request it has been over a week going on to since I initially started trying to contact them. I don't recommend them.

Just an FYI....if you order something make sure it's returnable. I e-mailed, chatted with and called the company to see how to return an item and was given the run around! It took me several weeks to get a hold of someone who told me how to return the item (which was a totally different response than previous explanations) and then was told I should have contacted them earlier (which I did!!) and that I should have talked to the right person.....how was I supposed to know who that was??? Wasn't worth the hassle!
