Sent wrong chair Missed taking her home on Memorial day Needed chair Reorder it on Thursday Nothing so far If for my inconvenience they can't overnight it they can keep it Saturday I found out I have to get her to her doctor 200 mile round trip Will cost at least $100.00 because I don't have chair My phone call on Tuesday won't be pretty Who ever made this mistake needs to be replaced

The product I bought from you was a waste of money. The touch up paint wasn't even close, it was not candy apple red. I have a pride victory 10 scooter that is candy apple red, your touch up paint was a dark red. I will never recommend you for anything. I wasted $73.00 for junk.

I haven't received my lift chair as of now. I requested that the chair be delivered to my current address (691 Buck Avenue). This is the Carehome (Board and Care) where I currently reside. The chair was delivered to my old address (Linwood Street). I am disable that's why I ordered this chair, and I have no way to pick it up from where it was delivered. It is now a mess and big problem how the chair will be delivered where I live.

Unless you have all the time in the world, they do not stand by their delivery dates. I am vey disappointed

Thank you for your review. Occassionally a manufacturer will be on backorder of an item. If we have an option acceptable by you to switch it out, even if it's an upgrade, we will be happy to do so. Other than the coop from support Margaret & Darrell this experience has been a total nightmare. I ordered from medmartonline.com a voyager ceiling lift on January 13, webpage showed in stock so we expected delivery to be within 7 to 10 business days. Subsequently, lift not in stock. Available January 31, 2017. Support team found another compatible lift for our track system; upon delivery the lift was damaged and not trustworthy for our needs so had to be returned. Now we are in wait for the next compatible lift which we have been told will be shipped today; no word on that...as parents of a child in need of total need care daily, I am only going to comment now how frustrating this has been
