Med MartReviews of medmartonline.com

I am only giving 1-star because I AM NOT Nancy!! I've called & spoke with someone .. and returned emails stating the same ... I can not understand how this could happen if our information is kept private first of all. Did the Nancy you speak of actually get her items, they didn't come here. And with the product I ordered I have NOT received a opinion to fill out either.

I ordered a $2,700 Hoyer lift. The hoist came with a sling and I ordered an addition sling. The slings were delivered promptly and I got an email saying that my order had been delivered. On 6/28 I sent a reply to that email asking for delivery information on the lift. I got an email in response that said "We would like to inform you that a request (34489) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Thank you for your inquiry! This email is an automated receipt sent to verify that Med Mart has received your request and will be responding within 2 hours by phone or email. If your inquiry was sent after business hours, or on a Sunday or holiday, we will respond within 2 hours of the next business day.". It's now 7/2 and I have not been contacted. My credit card has been charged for the full amount of my order. I don't understand why I'm getting on response. It appears as though Med Mart thinks my order has been completed.

Shameful mishandling of a lift chair order for my dying mother. I wasted 2 weeks trying to get her a chair through MedMart who fouled up the order at every turn. When they finally sent me a tracking number assuring me the chair was on its way, it was a tracking number for someone elses order and my chair hadn't been shipped. If you or your family need medical equipment delivered in a timely manner find another company. To make matters worse, the women who handle the orders on the phone were short and condescending as if it was my fault I had to call numerous times because the order was so poorly handled. MedMart gets a grade of F!

I have not yet received a product that was promised to arrive in three days. It has now been about 12 days and the product has not arrived. When I called the company to ask about it, the girl/woman was, in my opinion, rude.

As of 6/18/17, I still have not received one item I ordered in May even though I got billed for it. I have made 3 phone calls. The first phone call I spoke with a person. The following 2 phone calls, I left voice mails and no one has returned my call.

This sorry excuse for a business did not make any effort to let me know they were selling items that had yet to be manufactured. Then they deducted funds from my MasterCard immediately. Other ecommerce I had dealt with charge the account when item is shipped. Then their customer service pretty well called me a liar as they stated just the opposite, that most charged immediately. I still do not have my product seven days after paying for it and as yet have no ship date. Last email said would ship today or perhaps tomorrow. Terribly bad customer communication.

Still waiting on equipment that I need really really badly!! Joeann Fiedler

I haven't received my order. So, at this time I can't review anything.
