I had to call twice. .first time on hold for 20min then was hung up on.called back and was told that they would look into the order and return my call...never happen. ..I received a email the next day saying my order would be shipping in two days. .the website says orders will be shipped in two days. ...Don't believe it!!!!

Cannot get a resolution on a return item that meets the requirements as stated in your return policy. I have spoken to a customer service representative, emailed the company and submitted the online inquiry as well as sent a follow-up email and still have not received a reply. Being avoided is an unacceptable business strategy...

I was shipped the wrong product and when I requested information to return the wrong product a person Named Julie never emailed any instructions to do so. I have spent a lot of money with your company and now I regret doing business with Med Mart. Leonard J Fabiano

The item i received was damaged. I have called at least 5+ times to talk to someone, I have sent pictures and numerous emails. NO RETURN calls, no one will answer my emails. I have filed with the credit card company hoping this will get an answer. SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE. My next call is to the Better Business Bureau.

I need to replace the lost charger cables for my late father's scooter, so that we can donate the scooter to be used again by someone else. I called Med Mart with the scooter make, model, and serial number to buy the cable. After it arrived, I spent an hour unsuccessfully looking for the place to plug it in, then finally looked online and discovered the online owner's manual, which shows an entirely different cable. Now I am back to square one and must call again to try to exchange the wrong one and get the right one.
