i trusted med mart to get my order to me. i did not receive two of the items. i called med mart. you stated that i would be notified when shipped. i was notified when they would be delivered. well they have not been delivered. it is now 11:10 p.m. should have been delivered today. i do not really know if the problem is with med mart or fed-x. you apparently need a new shipping service. get on the ball and see what is happening. it is hard to trust med mart when they do not live up to their part of the agreement.

I am a senior citizen with low incomeqq. The manager thought she did a great job. They took 267.14x2 from me after I returned cart that didnt fit +me and they have no stores in my city that you try the merchandise. They finance through a company called affirm I had scooter sitting at house in box . If she would have cared enough about her customers neither company would have ripped me off. The amqaqaount they get was over half of what I make a month in ski. Don't use company

When I had questions I call and the person I spoke with was a highly qualified assistant. He was able to answer all of my questions quickly and accurately. He was also concerned with options for us to choose from. Excellent experience. Now the order has been placed for 6 days the free scooter cover was delivered but we know nothing about what is happening with the lift. Frustrating! No emails or call backs. Was on hold for 48 minutes until the company closed with 0 people in check line. Now it’s the 15th 10 days post order. I called to see where we are in the lift process. They will have to request tracking and will email me back. I am concidering again canceling the order. The order was finally shipped on the 19th. We finally received the first email on the 22nd, we have received lots of advertisement emails. When this is delivered I will unsubscribe. Medimart will be my last choice in the future.

Very rude conduct. One hand does not know what the other hand is doing on any given day. Harassment from all or most of the Med Mart employee's toward my displeasure with Ewheels and Lift companies product's I purchased and tried for 3 weeks to return. Never again will I do business when Med.Mart tells me they might not give me a refund.

My scooter has a horrible smell of gas!! Can’t even be in the same room with it!! Emailed Company no reply!! Now to try to pack this up and return!!!! Which I’m sure will be easier said than done!! So disappointed!!!

I just received my 2500 scooter yesterday, I have MS and live alone in mountains and rely heavily on scooter for mobility, it isn't charging and caling for help was a waste of time. No help at all but they'll sure take your money.

Never received bed ordered June 2, projected completion at factory July 3, finally shipped from Invacare July 30, at FedEx depot in Phila. Aug 2, but installer received Aug 6, as of Aug 10 still waiting for bed. The "white glove expert installer" is a one man operation located in a residential row house in Philadelphia, who also installs antennas. Everyone at Medmart very friendly when I call but my 92 year old mother still waiting for the bed. $3800.00 was billed to my credit card June 2.

Seems not ready to do real customer oriented business.
