Dwayne was the rep I spoke with. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and patient, helping me make a decision on an item I was purchasing for my Dad’s use. We compared features, cost and functions and I’m sure I’ll be very happy with the chair I purchased. Five stars to Dwayne.
