Hi there, We use Avalara Tax which manages this. Sales tax is based on the delivery location, not where the product ships from. Your order was delivered to Tulsa, Oklahoma, so the applicable Oklahoma state, county, and City of Tulsa taxes were charged. “OK City Tax” refers to the City of Tulsa, not Oklahoma City.
