Bathtub safety handle is as good as advertised, offering a very safe ingress/egress from the tub. However, I ordered the handle in WHITE, and I received it in BLACK. Not happy about the mixup, but need the handle right away, and do not have time to arrange a return and re-supply.

The "Proceed to checkout" would not work. I called, did not want to order by phone, wanted to use Pay Pal, which I couldn't over the phone, so the agent sent me a quote for my order to see if I could checkout from there. Well, no I couldn't, all I could get was an "error" message. After several attempts I was finally able to complete my order. Your "checkout" definitely needs some work done on it. Some people wouldn't be as patient as I was for 2 days.

This is my 2nd review. Today my order was delivered but not assembled after I paid an extra $300 to have it done. Called them at 9:30 this morning and still waiting for an answer. Never got a solution. My husband assembled it.

When I purchased the Lift-chair i was provided with a 10/17/2023 ship date. However, subsequently i received an Update email showing a ship date of 10/20/2023. There is no timeline for ARRIVAL. I need more information.

Working with customer service rep Stacey was the best part of whole experience,. She was so nice, helpful, and patient with me. But delivery on other hand wasn't so good. I didn't get any notice of delivery before hand. They didn't deliver item 2 correct place, and I also didn't receive 1 of the items. Not 2 mention I'm still waiting 2 c if I'm gonna get the 10% discount that was overlooked at time of purchase. I havent been able 2 use product yet because of missing item.

There is nothing wrong. All I’ve done is place an order I have not received product so I can’t give good or bad night. Let’s see how long it takes and how the product is and then I will write again thank you.
