WHEN I went online it told me this item had been discontinued. Finally I called found that it had not been but it took a good 3 minutes for her to determine that it was still available.

Took months to get a response to our original request and the extended warranty we purchased did not apply. Very disappointing. Once we were in contact with someone and paid for the part, things went smoothly.

Purchasing experience was easy, but it’s been over two weeks and the item has not arrived. I don’t know where my durable medical equipment is coming from, but the items are obviously not readily available. If you need it in a reasonable amount of time, this is not your vendor.

This is inaccurate information. Any item that is in stock we ship almost immediately or we provide the ship date if extended out. This review has no order tied to it for us to reference.

UPDATE: August 17, 2023 It took both my husband and I to work through the labyrinth of MedMart's Customer Service system *. Finally after much confusing cross communication with two different Customer Service representatives via email, phone, and a text or two a working Patient Lift arrived! HooRay! And the damaged leaking mess of a return was picked up by FedEx. *Like so many others,their system seems designed to trip people up so returns can be denied or want to just give up in frustration. ORIGINAL REVIEW The package arrived with Obvious Extensive LONG standing hydraulic leakage. It should never have been loaded on a truck. The driver dropped it off and drove away before we got to the door. The package was NOT opened. We reported it as soon as possible to satisfy the 48 hour reporting requirements. On request we provided photographs of the damage, all the labeling, and the unopened packing list packet. And on yet another request a video. All Available On Request Then I was told the manufacturer would have to be notified for determination. It is my understanding, the matter is somewhere in "process" whatever that means. I would have preferred to wait for a usable product than deal with a heavy, hydraulic fluid leaking table sized package in the dining room. Sure, update me, but I'm not 'happy about it.
