the wheels are not as large as advertised. the seat pushes the person forwards. I wanted to return the chair and it was difficult getting a response on how to do. I wanted the shipping charge deducted from my return but had to pay $150. it get it shipped. I have not received a refund and will file a dispute with my cc to get money back. the policies are unclear even for two PhD's. don't buy it on line! I am a very unhappy consumer.

Hello Shawn, Thank you for getting in touch with us. FedEx shows these were delivered to your shipping address on July 19th. Tracking was resent to you. But as these are a free gift with purchase, we do not send these with signature delivery service. They would have been left at your front door per FedEx ground delivery policy.

Received Scooter Accessory Kit but Scooter has not been delivered. Called Customer Service at 1-877-959-0705 and they could not find the order. Called the product specialist who took our order and left a message for him to call. Have not heard anything yet. My Credit card has been charged.

Updated information. Worse than I thought before. I ordered something on July 2, and never heard anything about delivery except that they would contact me with delivery information. I sent a note on July 26th, and asked why I didn't hear anything, and I received a response stating that they sent me delivery information on July 5. No delivery information, no link to the response, just telling me that they sent it July 5, and a phone number to call to set up delivery. If I am going to check to see if I can cancel and get $$ back. NO customer service and very bad communication.

A very difficult experience. I sent a check. It was cashed but I never got the product. I called and emailed a few times but no one could find the order. I sent the check where I was instructed to do so. Finally, after sending a copy of the cashed check as well as the order document, it was found. I’d like to know what happened. I’m considering making another large purchase but don’t want to do so until I find out what happened and am assured that it won’t happen again.

Hello Margie, I sorry that happen with your order. We also have 3 retail stores and customers who make monthly payments on their accounts with us by check and we are receiving thousands of checks each month for many aspects of our business. In the future, it is always best to send a copy of your quote for your impending purchase with the check for payment. I would also suggest writing your quote number or order number in the memo field of your check for accuracy. When mailing payment please ensure you work with one of our advisors directly so they can help watch the status of your order and mailed payment. USPS tracking is also highly suggested. Please give us a call and provide my name for a discount on your next purchase with us. Working together with an advisor will ensure a flawless purchasing experience if you are planning to mail payment. Kind Regards, Margaret Med Mart Team

Admittedly, I ordered the wrong battery for my scooter. We didn't do anything but open the box. I called to see if I could exchange them for the correct one, but was told that batteries cannot be returned. You have to give an old man a little slack the first time. So I wasted $250.00 (approx). You lost my repeat business.

Hello Larry, I am sorry about your frustration. I am confused though as I see two separate orders for you on two separate dates for the exact same battery each time. I would love to help you get this resolved - Give me a call and let me see what can be done to help you. My name is Margaret you can ask to be transferred to me. Kind Regards!
