I ordered a mattress and was told I would get an email on a specific day. Did not get any email, checked my spam in case. Called Medline next day, they told me mattress was on back order. I let them know that was not good. I decided to upgrade, and once again they said I would get an email on shipping, a certain day. Got no email. I called the day after, and they said would be by the end of the day. I did finally get confirmation and they did ship it and I got it within 24 hours. Was just a great aggravation the whole process

Right now the service stinks, WE ORDERED a piece of merchandise a week ago and somehow it was shipped to FL not to CA. We still have not received the merchandise.

Two attempts to contact support through two different emails go completely unanswered for weeks, took 13 days to ship and then my 3-5 day shopping WAS going to take 6 days because of labor day, but good news, I got an email last night saying it's now going to take 7 days. I would pay twice as much to a company with support who cares about their customer before I with ever deal with a shady company like this again.

I ordered a handicap ramp a week ago Thursday, this is now Saturday, who knows when it will show up, I needed this like last week, would not order from this company again

I believe there was a slip up in processing my order. Item was predicted to arrive two weeks ago. On the 20th I began a chat to ask when the order would arrive. On 8-21 I got three reassurances from you it had been shipped. (Payment posted on 8-7-19.) Supposed to arrive tomorrow.

Have not rec yet.
