Ordered a Milford lift through Med-mart. They shipped to their approved installer and after traveling four hours to his location he could not install. He contacted Med-mart and told them but they insisted it would work. This was a week and a half ago with no word from either one. The lift is still sitting at the installer and no one would bother to contact me. Med-mart refuses to refund me for the lift.

First of all the shipper complained that my ramp wasn't wide enough for the huge boxes, but finally got them up. Second this scooter is not what I ordered and I don't even see it on their webpage. I ordered a GC340 a length of 45", but what they sent me is the size of a GC440 only with three wheels. Scooters need to be custom-built anymore!

Site advertised same day shipping! It has been 10 days since I placed the order. I still have not received the mobility chair that I ordered for my mother

Feb 12th I had enough and wrote a review to save other individuals from experiencing what I did with using Medmart because I had not received a chair that I was guaranteed that would be here by January 24 after ordering it on December 26 after daily calls with the MedMart store on Reading Road in Cincinnati Ohio on February 12 I wrote my review and called to tell them to cancel my chair and come get the rental I was told that day my new chair mysteriously had just arrived It was that day I told them to keep their chair I no longer needed it I wanted the rental picked up I was guaranteed the rental would be picked up that day and my $500 refunded that I was charged would be refunded that day, GUARANTEED surprise Medmart you still continue to lie to your customers as today is March 2nd On February 12 they came and got the rental chair that day no problem they can't order a chair they can't deliver a chair but they can pick up a chair on time and I still I have not received my $500 refunded after leaving three messages for the Manager and nobody there can help me or refuses to help me this is the most awful place I've ever had to deal with and I am a professional individual who works at a company where this would be unacceptable. Again You care about yourself or your love ones, Do not use Medmart I'm telling you if you are anyone who needs something for medical purposes and it's important do not use this company I will continue to call them asking for my refund just like I had to with asking for a chair due to a surgery stay away from this company they do not care about customer service or what individuals have to go through they still have my $500 and have put me through pain and suffering trying to find a chair at the last minute for surgery and brought me a rental chair that made my after surgery more painful than it should've been as it was a piece of junk that was not even close to what I had ordered and they could care less about anybody's pain or inconvenience. All the different lies I was told every time I called when I started dealing with them on December 26 I wish I would've drove right by that store and never stopped as it's March 2 and I'm still working with them again do not use them! I I will continue my reviews to keep the public informed of what kind of company this is Hopefully they will do what's right and refund my $500 like I was told

I purchased a ramp and it seemed perfect per website description, the ramp was rated at 800 lb capacity & was designed to be used over curbs or into vans per website. Once it arrived we tried a 1/2 loaded cart weighing 300 lbs and the ramp failed miserably, its bowing so much in the middle we're afraid to go all the way up the ramp & the anti slip paper is bubbling under the wheels. Customer service is unreachable by phone and voicemail says leave a message and they'll get back to you, they did not respond yet (over 36 hours) Someone did finally respond by email and they are refusing to accept return without me paying for restocking fee and shipping back to them. The ramp is clearly not performing as described in specs - buyer beware.

Poor customer service. I ordered online and then received a call my order would not be shipped to me, but to a store in the city I live. When, who knew. After fedex sent me a confirmation, I had to contact the store and see if my order arrived. They said they never heard of anything like this. I drove 35 minutes to the store to pick up my order. It took several people to find my order. She said anything over $50 would be delivered free. My order was over $150 and I had to drive and get it, NEVER again
