I ordered a mattress many weeks ago and I am still waiting for delivery.

You totally missed on the order as you not only sent the wrong item but you actually sent two of them.

This is my first order from MedMart.You have a disdainful attitude towards the customer. You cannot formulate the right information about the product, you do not answer phone calls or messages. There are several weeks waiting for the ordered product, you do not return the money owed to the customer immediately. Diffrent product information can be found on the Amazon website and about the same product on your website. I request immediate information on how you intend to pick up the wrong product and return my money immediately.Please, do not say this is corona virus, it is something worse. Jadwiga Gromek

I have never received my shipment. I received an email from you saying I would receive it on May 22. Here it is May 26 at 6:30pm and I still have not received my shipment. I called Fed Ex and they said they received a tracking number yet never received the package from you to ship it. I need this lift and I need it NOW!!

My review of medmart is not a great one because all of the reviews I read were of those receiving there passport in 2 to 3 days mine got here in 6 days. My wife had accidentally ordered the wheelchair and has still not received her money back( 10 days ago). The 3rd thing is the cup holder is missing. The 4th thing is I'm still waiting for that call back from 20 hours ago.
