You really don't want to know what I think

Ordered a bed which was supposed to be delivered Aug 12 as per the tracking number. The tracking provided my Med Mart is actually the tracking for delivery to the installers NOT the home which it is being delivered and installed to... Cool... no biggie! A new home delivery and install date was created for Aug 17 (the couch is being used due to the miscommunication of where the bed was going Aug 12). Aug 17 comes and no one has delivered the bed or even called to confirm anything. I end up calling Med Mart who put in a complaint to the Installing company. The installers called back about 3pm and We were told that they were in Manhattan at the wrong address (the bed is coming to Brooklyn). A new appointment was made for Aug 18th from 1000-1200 and again there is no call and no one has showed up yet. I called Med Mart who then redirects me to the Installers who inform me that they are running behind schedule and should be there in an hour! Where is the consideration for the customer? Here we go again... Bery unacceptable and Very poor business on both parties. It’s sad that you spend your hard earned money to only receive horrible and inconsiderate customer service. I will never suggest this company or any of their services. The installing company was Med First Home Care.

I havent got my oxigen concentrator, I supposed to get it on Friday, I didn't, i call on Monday to customer service, they told me I will get a call and I haven't get it ....is already Wednesday I'm still waiting.... worst of the worst on line store!!!! I don't recommend this guys at all... give my money back!!!

I was told I’d have delivery Friday the seventh of August. No delivery, tracking it on FedEx I see no progress. What do you think has happened to my order?

Have yet to receive this product and they are already asking me to send reviews but have not reached out to tell me why I have not received the product I purchased.

No follow up on my request to find out where my mobility scooter is . Nothing has happened. Will never do business again. Paid $1,700.00 no scooter???? Three times sent out request where is my scooter. Sad.

You are the worse company that I have ever dealt with. Each person would tell you that you would get a call back or a email telling you what the status was,but you never got a call back. The ship date did not happen when we were told, called at least 5 times "will get back with you with status". Even the owner called and stated that he would handle it himself then it was Lindsey was suppose to call you (never happen). I cancelled the order per phone call and my e-mail, but yet the chair was shipped over a month late. Yea I had to go buy a chain ($850.00) because the chain was not shipped or no status was given to when. Then when the chair was delivered I was called and said no one was home (No one had been to the door) (They stated I had dogs (told the lady that the dog was with me, then I was told that I had vehicles in my driveway (lady was told that delivery driver to get almost to the house and she states they were going to do a curb side delivery. Told lady that I was out of town and need her to get driver to put in garage and to make contact with wife and she stated ok delivery driver is now going up drive way and he would knock on door. He had not even been to house before he starting backing up the driveway (you want to see security tape, let me know). AS I SAID BEFORE THIS COMPANY IS SOMETHING ELSE AND I WILL NEVER/NEVER/NEVER USE AGAIN. YOU ARE BAD/BAD/BAD/BAD AND SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS, AND I WILL SEND A LETTER TO THE BETTER BUSINESS AND INFORM THEM. FROM 1 TO 10 (0000000)
