I placed my order, the took my money and the i was told 11 DAYS LATERThe my remotes were on back order till Some time in Dec. I Need those remotes so I’m leaving them on order but i should have been to up front that they were on back order.....

I called about the sling I ordered, and completed the order on the phone. There was no mention of and no discussion of return policy whatsoever. As it turns out this product is too large for my wife's needs, so I called to get return instructions. Only then did the CSR say the item was not returnable even though it's 1 day old, I have all the original packaging, etc. So, $150+ totally wasted.

Good Afternoon, We do apologize for the delay in regard to your order. This chair required extra production time due to high demand and COVID-19 restrictions with the manufacturer Pride. You were advised that this was set to ship on 11/2- which it did to the technician who will be contacting you to schedule your delivery and setup. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience.

Do not buy a scooter both out of state and on line, your money will be gone and you will be stuck. New scooter and broken seat- waited weeks, and received wrong part-still waiting to use scooter after months! ( and of course we would be fixing it ourselves!) A responsible co. would send a tech with right part to remedy situation, not say we could pay for that service- on a new scooter unable to use!!!! If you are elderly, disabled, know you will be buying an expensive piece of sculpture to look at, because you will NOT be going anywhere!

I am still waiting for a new remote for my Flex A Bed. Have a warranty that told me to call Serveco, the company administering the warranty. They said they'd never heard of this product and referred me to MedMart. MedMart referred me to Serveco. NO ONE wanted to deal w/ my issue. It took OVER FOUR weeks to get someone who could help me and several weeks later my issue still isn't resolved nor have parts been received. You all completely suck

I ordered a wheelchair for my wife which according to FedEx's tracking site was on the truck for delivery Wed., Thurs, and Fri. Despite my many calls to both FedEx and you I still do not have the package. I have heard a plethora of reasons and excuses none of which have the wheelchair any closer to me now. I spoke with Margaret Fri. Afternoon, who promised me a call back before the close of business for which I am still waiting and told her if the wheelchair was not delivered by Saturday, an option I know she was working on with Invo Care (not sure of that company name or spelling) i would cancel the order. I have given instruction to the front desk at the Residence Inn where it should have been delivered 5 days ago to refuse the package. Please give instruction to the carrier, to the extent you are able which, based on past performance is not likely to be effective, not to deliver it and please credit my credit card the full amount.

I purchased the product online on October 17th, I received 2 emails from them a Confirmation and an Invoice. Today is October 31st and I have nothing, no emails, tracking or corespondents on when it will ever ship but you want me to rate your company. I would go lower if I could!
