I ordered parts the first of October and still have not received them as of November 19. They charged my credit and card but no parts yet. So it is hard to rate the service.

I placed an order for a lift chair. Web said it would ship 11/5. I called 11/5 to get update and they said the computers were down someone would get back to me. No one did. Following Monday 11/9 I called again and woman who answered was very abrupt with me! So I cancelled the order!

I will never ever buy anything from this place. They delivered a not working Hoyer lift to us. When I complained about it, they said they are not the vendor and I need to talk to vendor. Next time I will buy directly from vendor.

The scooter is dangerous scary you could be hurt very Dangerously My name is Johnny J Wheeler and I bought that scooter for my wife she loves the way it looks but this is a very dangerous scooter it wants to raise up on you it wants to tip when you go to the left or right there is not enough weight on the front end of those scooters they should be outlawed rejected people's health is more important in those scooters paid nearly $3,000 and they only want to give you 1800 something back there's something wrong with that that's a big No-No I can care less if they give me one damn dime back now I will not stand for this people needs to stand up for their rights it's about as bad as them trying to kick Trump out of office I would never ever buy anything online again. If you can't try it out in person don't buy it.

Special Order Wheelchair... Slower than snails! Taking much longer than expected. Still have not received the wheelchair and no indication of when it may ship ;( On another note... Salesperson was knowledgeable, Understood my mother’s needs and came up with a solution... I feel they are at the mercy of their suppliers, however, they should accurate expected make times, track progress if build and delays and keep customer informed. Don’t expect this to happen.

The Roll-in Buddy Lite was ordered Oct.28 & was supposed to be shipped Oct. 30.Although the $1,035.02 cost was promptly debited from the credit cards,the item was never shipped. When I inquired about my order, I was told that the item is on the water & is expected by the distributer towards the end of November. I have never had such bad experience. Legitimate firms don't debit the cost before shipment. I hope that Med Mart is not a criminal enterprise. Sincerely,Michael Loebenstein

Parts missing. Requested missing parts and received a kit still missing parts. Dealing with Handicare was an nightmare. Technical service person was hard to understand.
