i havent recieved my order yet iv paid for it through afirm so im about to turn in as a scam if i dont hear fromm you this is my second time

I ordered a raised toilet seat with attached arms to aid my mobility over 2 weeks ago. Tried three times to find out when is delivery date, still no answer.no reply to my initiating a chat, no answer to email to your support staff.You have inundated me with unsolicited junk email trying to get me to buy more stuff, at least 15 emails, I asked you stop selling & take care of my current order,no reply...finally my friend got one of you on the phone, his reply was “it has ONLY been 2 weeks,item hasn’t shipped yet, don’t know when it will” Yes I understand the pandemic has caused tremendous delays. Anything about your behavior would make me want to buy more of your products.?

After been ordered 1 month no communication of when to expect merchandise

I have emailed and called twice still no answer and have not received the item also not tracking my father in law is suffering he really needs this recliner we have purchased from here before horrible customer service.

I haven’t heard about the date of shipping my chair. I have reached out several times but no one can tell me an update.

Why would I rate you anything high when you scammed me. I never received my product or my money back. Is this a joke????
