Good Afternoon, We understand your frustration and apologize for the delays. We have reached out multiple times requesting tracking from the manufacturer Drive. At this time they are facing production delays and shipping delays. They advised us this order was set to ship out 12/11. We have requested tracking on this and as soon as we receive it, we will notify you via email. We are working hard with the manufacturer to get the proper information from them. Thank you, Med Mart

We also have a return request function at the bottom of each page in our website and our chat feature is available 9am to 8pm Monday through Friday and 10am to 4pm on Staurdays EST. Ms. Litt, I apologize you feel that way. When you called in on 12/2, it was after our customer service hours. One of the Product specialist sent a message to myself ( Customer Service) asking for us to contact you in the morning. I called this morning at 9:14 and left a voicemail trying to help you with your issue. We at Med Mart strive to keep our customers happy as much as we possibly can. Thank you , Med Mart
