Hello, I was the representative that helped you in our live chat prior to your order and looked up our chat record. You asked me if this is portable and the pieces that it breaks down as and I informed you factually that the seat comes off, the battery box comes off and the back 2 wheels separate from the front. You asked about shipping and I provided that answer. You chose free shipping which is in a box and requires very minor assembly. For those that are not comfortable with that, we offer premier in-home delivery as an optional service. We are very upfront and candid with our customers here and would never want someone to be unhappy with service that is "normal" and typical. Your order was just that. Your 150lb scooter shipped on a wooden pallet as most do and the shipping companies typically do not take those back with them. I listened to the call you had with customer service this morning and Lindsey tried to help you with the simple assembly and she would have referred you back to me or someone that can help best and that didn't go over so well. Your biggest concern and complaint was the pallet it was shipped on. I'm sorry that this caused you to be disgusted as that's not ever our goal. Perhaps when you have a taken a moment you'd like to call us back so we can help you better. Thank you and kind regards.

Hello Mr. Liscum, I apologize you feel that way about us. Your order was placed on 1/27 . On 2/2 you contacted us stating you never received your order ,even though tracking showed it was delivered. We immediately contacted the manufacturer and explained the situation. They shipped out a replacement on 2/4. I'm sorry things did not progress as quickly as you wanted, but we tried to get your your order as quickly as possible. Have a wonderful day! Med Mart Team

Hello Ms. Williams, Unfortunately, all of the dates listed on our site are SHIPS by dates, not the date in which you will receive the item. I do see that tracking was sent to you, and there was no movement with USPS. We did reach out multiple times to the manufacturer to get the issue corrected. As soon as we got updated information and new tracking information for you, this time sent out by UPS instead of the postal service, we advised you of the tracking immediately. I do apologize that it did not happen as quickly as you would have preferred, but we did try to assist the best we could. Med Mart Team
