Hello Mr. Hurst, I am sorry you feel that way. You contacted us on March 5th about not receiving the mattress you ordered for your mother. We reached out to Fed Ex right away to find out what happened. We advised you that we were doing such. Once Fed Ex advised the package was lost, we immediately shipped a new order out to you again on March 8th. If it did not happen as quickly as you would have liked, we apologize. Hello Ms. Foxx, While we are sorry for the loss of your husband,. The charges are mandated by the manufacturer, not us. The fees were advised to you before the unit was shipped back. As for the refund, the refund for $411.92 was refunded back to the payment method on 2/17/21. If you need a transaction number to get in contract with your bank, please let us know.
