i thought i had ordered but had trouble getting payment accepted. i like your porducts and perhaps some of my trouble is als.

No information about shipping until I ask, then information was incorrect.

Was very easy to order online and it was great to get free shipping, the big problem is the chair is coming on a tractor trailer that cannot make it my home because the road is weight limited and now have to meet them and transfer it to my truck which I did not have I guess I would have to rent a vehicle. The company needs to check how the delivery needs to be made.

too many pop-ups

It took nearly 3 weeks to get an answer about the problem I was having with my $2500 chair even after spending the money for a 5 year extended warranty. After 3 weeks they decided that I had to pay for the parts to fix the chair. I will think twice before using this company again. Their customer relations need some serious work.

Your warranty is very poor in line to other companies.

I just discovered puncture holes in the harness we purchased very recently. I have taken pictures if there is a way to send them. I hopeful this will not hinder the function of the harness recently arrived and used 3 times.

The ordering process was fine but the follow up after was very disappointing. I had to ask for tracking information multiple times and never received the proper information.
