Hi Jess, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. We're happy to know that you enjoy your new wheelchair and your experience with Med Mart has been positive. We understand the frustration you're going through from your experience with FedEx delivering your package and have communicated this with our team. This is not how we want our customers to be treated when getting such an important item and we have taken note of your review. We will do everything we can so that this doesn't happen again in the future! Thanks, Team Med Mart
