Med MartReviews of medmartonline.com

My order did not come with the required charging cord and I was forced to purchase one. Will not be ordering from your company. I will also inform other special needs parents to not order from your company either

I ordered a scooter that was to ship in 2 days. After 4 days and not shipped I sent an email. No response. So I called. Was next in que for over an hour and the option to receive a call back kept repeating itself. So I finally agreed and pressed the button. About 2 hours later I get a phone call back. The employee said she’d contact the appropriate people and find out what’s going on. A few more days went by. So again I emailed. No response. I called. After on hold for over an hour someone answered and said my choice of scooter color was not in stock. Did I want the other color? As it was a gift and I knew the person really wanted that color I said I’ll get back on the site and keep shopping. So a refund was initiated. I found another scooter that would be good for my dad. That’s who the gift is for. I also found one I liked for myself. So I ordered both. Dads was to ship the next day. Mine in 4 days. Well the same song and dance! After many many calls and emails dads shipped a week and a day later. Took 4 days to arrive. Mine on the other hand still hasn’t shipped. I’ve sent emails. I’ve waited on hold for over an hour many times. Mind you I’m number 1 in que. the last they told me today is they’ve sent the top people an email asking when it might ship. So I’m just waiting and waiting. My scooter is almost $4,000. Dads was $2,000. Seems like they’d care more about customer service than they do. Dads scooter doesn’t have any miles on it yet, but it seems like a well built scooter. I hope it’s better than the people representing the company. I can’t give a better rating because this is just unacceptable and pathetic. Didn’t happen only once to me. But on both orders!! Wow, just wow. ****A quick update—- in response to Medmarts response. It’s currently 04/17 at 1:23am CST. Their response to me is it is confirmed that the product shipped on 04/15. That’s a LIE!! I spent about 1.5 hours on the phone with medmart on 04/16 around noon time. Over 50 minutes of that time was on hold waiting for a supervisor. She stated to me that the estimated ship dates on the website were wrong when I ordered my scooter. She said they had since gone in and changed the shipping estimate date for every product on the site. It takes 7 business days to ship. Mine should have shipped no later than 04/15. But it did not. As of noon 04/16 it still wasn’t shipped. She said if it doesn’t ship by Friday 04/16 then it will be shipped on Monday 04/19. That is their PROMISE! She also said the shipper may add a tracking number after Med Marts close of business on Friday. She said if that happens I will get email notification Saturday morning. As of now, I have no email indicating that it’s been shipped. Hopefully later today (Saturday) I get an email. If not, I pray their ‘promise’ of no later than Monday is really true. Why they would respond to my review indicating it was definitely shipped on Thursday is beyond me!! Like I said before, wow. Just WOW!!

I never got the product and had to cancel the order.

I made my order 3 weeks ago and I still didn't get it or a tracking number

I have never received this lift and I am NOT happy. I have been in touch with FedX and they don't know where it is....PLEASE CANCEL THIS ORDER if you can locate it...

I made 7 phone calls over 2 weeks to get information on order Was told when I ordered the scooter would ship in two days, and they would email me shipping info on lift. Never happened. BUT the lift shipped 1 1/2 weeks before the scooter. Still no email or phone call. But you didn’t hesitate to snatch that 3300.00 from the bank! Very disappointed with your company.

It’s been three weeks and I still don’t have the item I ordered due to a shipping mix-up that is still not resolved. But, nevertheless, the shipper was hired by Medmart so Medmart is ultimately responsible. In the meantime, I received a strange email from Medmart. It appeared I was being asked to provide technical information about one of their products in response to a query from another customer- and that should never happen. Thus far we’re extremely disappointed with Medmart’s performance.

That not what’s I look for even the same day I call emails to confirm the 28 of March and can’t the order the person told me that she will cancel the order as it’s was just not even 2hrs from the order when I call after that cause I got charged they told me they will refund me that didn’t happened even after several emails still don’t receive my money that not what’s it’s should be
