I was happily surprised that the agent who helped me 4 years ago, was helping me with my order today. Darrell couldn't be more helpful if he tried. It was a great experience last time that convinced me to use Med Mart again.

Great Virtual and Actual Presence
Web site had many useful pictures compared with other medical product online outlets. Sean, at the telephone help desk, was able to explain the workings of the product I purchased and took the time to explain it to me before purchase.
