Have not received the product. You guys messed up the shipping and billing addresses. I called the I placed the order and told the lady that answered what needed to be fixed and she said it would be. Obviously it did not get fixed as I had to call again today to find our why my item had not been shipped. If I do not get my item by next Thursday I will be canceling my order and not ordering from you again.

Have not been able to get a promised delivery date. Would expect responses that Med Mart would investigate reason that supplier has not made any effort as to a firm schedule. This purchase is important to the health and comfort of my wife as her current conditions require this mattress. Please make an effort to resolve this delivery schedule Thank you

very slow made an order a month ago for a lift still haven't gotten it.

If I could give less than one star rating right now I would. My issue is with an order I placed back on 4/13. Confirmation # 1000059427 for a Victory 10.2 red scooter for my wife. I spoke with Evan who informed me at that time that the scooter was in stock and should ship next day and that I could expect the scooter by early the following week. I received no email confirming the order or any progress updates for this order. In fact I have received no contact from your company except for an email offering me discounts for accessories to a product I have not yet received and then this email asking for my opinion of your services. Since you asked I am going to be very candid. I contacted another representative on 4/23 to check status and was told that my scooter had not shipped and that it was not even an in stock item. I was informed that the scooter would be shipped direct from the manufacturer. The representative said she would check on the status of my order and email me with updated tracking information. I confirmed the email you had of record with her. That was 5 days ago and still no answers. All I know, at this point, is that your company has taken my $2500 and has been earning interest off that for two weeks while I am kept in the dark regarding this order. At this point I am seriously considering cancelling this order and taking my business elsewhere unless two things occur by end of this week: a) I would like to know an exact ship date for this order and an estimated delivery date once shipped and b) I expect a 10% discount on this order to compensate for the frustration caused by your misinformation and poor service. I expect some responses posted to my email by this Friday, May 1st.

When I placed the order on Saturday night, the expected delivery was Tuesday. I am still waiting and now I am told May 7. That will be a month late.

I am still waiting for my order! I received an entirely different product than I ordered and asked for, but haven’t gotten a postage paid return label for the wrong product is bank card reimbursement. It’s a mess!

I have been trying to return a chair for over 3wks. Couldn't connect with number holding on for over an hr. than after being caller 1, it starts all over again back to 13th caller to wait another hr. Ridiculous and quite rude. Finally I was able to connect with someone using their chat line, however still waiting for an email to inform me when they will pick this chair up. Now I had to notify credit card co. to inform them I am disputing charge. They give you 45 days to return and now I know why. I am hoping someone reaches out soon.

The salesman was far from upfront with my order he promised that my order would ship on Monday or Tuesday and that I would have it on Friday of that week. But when I called in to find my tracking # the girl on the phone told me it wS first shipping on Friday. I needed to have the scooter on Friday. Then when I call on the following Monday no one has any answers. So I canceled my order! I will never recommend this company to anyone, and better yet I got the same identical scooter $200.dollars cheaper.
